While collaborating with a photographer friend I had the opportunity to be directly involved in styling and creative direction during our photoshoot. This experience allowed me to explore composition, colour, and outfit curation in a practical setting, inspiring me to think more critically about how clothing translates on camera. It allowed me to bring my ideas to life and input my aesthetic into a shoot. Working alongside a photographer gave me valuable insight into the connection between styling and visual storytelling, and has been a key source of inspiration for my own creative practice and has allowed me to thouroughly experiment with creating cohesive visual narratives.
